Time is going by WAY too fast these days. Hayden turned 9 months old today, which is very difficult for me to believe. But then again, when I watch everything she’s doing I guess it’s not so surprising.

She has no fear and loves pulling herself up to standing wherever she can and “surfing” around the house. She enjoys her walker and sometimes pushes it forward, but more often tries to climb on top of it or pull it backwards. She constantly crawls after Maddy and Maddy’s toys.

She loves to bang on the piano. She cackles a lot and can get REALLY excited about things, especially when we make silly faces at her or tickle her nose/neck with a toy. She’s making more sounds, and has added “bababa” and once in a while “mamama” to her repertoire.

She’s still teething and has 2 crooked bottom teeth, with one on the top coming soon I think. She LOVES yogurt and cereal, and likes most other baby foods unless she is tired, in which case you better not even think about bringing a spoon near her mouth.

She sleeps pretty well at night, but still wakes up bright and early between 5:30-6:30am every day. Her naps are usually decent, but are short some days when I think the teething is getting to her.

She weighs 15 lbs, 8 oz (4th percentile), is 27 inches tall (30th %), and has a 42 cm head (5th %). Gotta fatten this kid up!
