According to one source (Maddy’s daycare teacher, Susette), Maddy took her first steps today! Now, we’ll believe this when she performs for her PARENTS (hello!). But for now we can report that there are indeed unverified sources (okay, one source) claiming that Maddy walked 3 steps unassisted from one side of her playpen to the other, and then again in the playroom stood up and took 1 step and sat back down (a few times).

Do you think we should believe these outrageous claims? If this story is true, we hope to witness said development with our own eyes, and then shortly thereafter (or simultaneously) with the lense of our video camera so we can report back to all of Maddy’s fans. Stay tuned…

Yes, I’ve joined my friends and cousins in the double digits club today. To celebrate, Yahoo! threw a big party for me called Camp Yahoo! It was cool, I guess, but since I’m so popular there were tons of people there and the lines were kind of long, so I didn’t end up going on the train ride I was looking forward to.

That’s okay, though, ’cause at least I got to see my buddies Sierra and Sydney again, and mom let me drink some of her yummy frozen lemonade…

Now begins the countdown ’till my next big adventure: back-to-back family reunions! I can’t wait to go to my mom’s birthplace (Utah) and hang out with all my cousins (on that side, at least) at the same time. 5 days until party time with Sage, Jude, Addi and Eva – yay!
